What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and postage option selected at checkout. We only use Royal Mail 24 or 48 to achieve the best service.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the UK and the final prep is done by us in Sussex. We are manufacturing our own bars but these are not yet ready for sale due to the the required cosmetic safety reports.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What weight bar will i receive?
We offer 4 weight options: 75-99g, 100-129g, 130-149g and 150g+. This is due to the handmade bars being that little bit different in size (like all of us). You will receive the minimum of that range but we will always pick the heaviest available in that bracket.
